This starter privacy page explains the information RAN TOYS may receive when a buyer submits an inquiry. Replace this text with your reviewed legal policy before launch.
Inquiry information
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email, phone number, country, message and the product or category you selected. We use this information to respond to the inquiry and prepare a wholesale conversation.
Cookies and local quote list
The website may use local browser storage to remember a buyer's quote-list interests on that device. The quote list is not a retail checkout.

How inquiry information is used
The information in an inquiry is used to understand the buying project and reply through the contact details supplied by the buyer. That may include clarifying the category, age band, quantity, destination, packaging direction, MOQ, FOB assumptions, lead time, carton planning or the product-specific quality questions that need a follow-up. The sales team should use the information for that business conversation and the related internal record.
Do not put passwords, payment-card details, government identification or unrelated confidential information into the form. If a product brief contains confidential drawings, formulas or private-label information, identify the material clearly and use the communication method agreed with the RAN TOYS team.
Site operation and measurement
The website may create operational visitor and session identifiers so page views, product views, form starts and selected contact actions can be associated with a visit without exposing a buyer's name in the browser event itself. The site also receives the page URL, page title, referrer, device and language context, and any UTM values included in the visit. These signals help the site operator understand which pages and buying paths are being used and support the central GEO reporting workflow.
The quote cart is stored as a local browser preference on the device. It is a request list, not an account and not a retail order. When a buyer submits the quote form, selected items and requested quantities may be sent with the inquiry so the sales team can respond to the actual list. Clearing the browser storage removes the local quote-list preference from that browser; it does not remove a message already submitted to the business.
Sharing, retention and security
Inquiry information may be available to the RAN TOYS sales and operational teams, email delivery providers and the systems used to host the website, process the inquiry, protect the service and measure site activity. Information should not be sold as a retail audience list. Operational records may be retained for the period needed to answer an inquiry, manage a quotation, handle a repeat-order discussion, meet business-record duties or investigate abuse and security events.
Reasonable technical safeguards are used for the public website, including HTTPS in production, same-origin telemetry endpoints, server-side inquiry validation, a honeypot field, minimum form-time checks and idempotency protection against duplicate submissions. No online system can promise absolute security, so buyers should choose the information they submit with that limitation in mind.
Buyer choices
A buyer may ask what inquiry information is held, request correction of an obvious error or ask a sales contact about a business communication. Some records may need to be retained for operational, legal or security reasons. Requests should identify the email address or inquiry context that allows the team to locate the record without sending additional sensitive information.
Practical data minimization
Only include the details needed for the sourcing question. A category, target market, quantity and contact method are usually enough to begin. If a team member sends a revised specification, ask that the current version be identified so older notes are not mistaken for the approved product record. If a buyer no longer wants a sales follow-up, state that clearly in the message so the team can update the working record.
Scope and review
This page applies to the English-language RAN TOYS website and its wholesale inquiry tools. It is written as operational site information and should be reviewed and adapted by the responsible business and legal teams for the markets in which the site is used.
For questions about a product inquiry, quote list or the information you submitted, contact the RAN TOYS sales team at sales11@cps-toys.com.
